Branch Manager - Sales - Bank (5-10 yrs)
- Ensure each team member contributes to achieve the overall revenue target, No individual target to team leader.
- Training team members, setting strategy and monitoring progress towards the goals.
- Take one on one session with advisors who are non-performers and make sure to enhance their performance.
- Ensure to achieve team targets in terms of revenue/TPP & client acquisition.
- Daily activation and reactivation of clients in derivatives and E- margin.
- Close tracking of TPP follow ups and closures.
- Maintain healthy relationship with top clients of the team.
- Coordinating with research team for advice, review of the portfolio for top customers on regular basis.
- Ensure compliance and adherence to regulations.
