Branch Manager - Sales - Bank (4-6 yrs)

- Graduation/MBA with 4 to 6 years of work experience of which two years should be into a team handling role.
Job Role and Responsibilities :
- Administer and ensure compliance to all sales practices in branch
- Maintain the productivity of the sales officers (SOs)/Sales Executives
- Meet the business targets
- Identify sales opportunities
- Direct operational activities on a day-to-day basis
- Generate leads for new business and customers
- Prepare and analyze profit and loss statement for branch
- Develop a growth strategy focus on both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conducts research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Products offering and mortgage solutions while maintaining a high service standard
- Conduct trainings with all the channel and teams with multiple products
Deliverables :
- Provide training to the sales officer (SOs)/Sales Executives
- Source accounts of small businesses and as well as households
- Achieve targets
- Guide sales officers/Executives and introduce clients to them
- Maintain stability in smooth-functioning of the activities in branch
- Maintain knowledge on all bank products and services and assist to resolve customer queries
