Branch Manager - Sales - Agency Channel - Life insurance (5-10 yrs)
Job Summary :
- As a Branch Manager in the Agency Channel of the Life Insurance Sector, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of insurance agents to achieve business targets and provide exceptional customer service. You will be accountable for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and developing and executing effective business strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and lead a team of insurance agents, ensuring they are motivated, trained, and equipped to meet their individual and team targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and make strategic business decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and partners to drive business growth and increase customer loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, such as sales figures, productivity, and customer satisfaction, to measure and improve team performance.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and resources to optimize branch profitability.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as underwriting, claims, and finance, to ensure efficient operations and effective customer service.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the life insurance sector, with a proven track record in sales and team management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software applications.
Working Conditions :
