Branch Manager - Retail Sales - Bank (6-15 yrs)
Role: Branch Manager
- To conduct meeting with defined relationships and garner business in Company funds.
- To have in-depth knowledge of Funds and be able to communicate the same with channel partners.
- Build strong relationships and network with channel partners to scale up existing business and gain higher share from them.
- Ability to conduct presentations and training to retail channel and scale up knowledge of channel partners.
- To follow the guidelines and processes set for sales and timely adhere to the same.
- To ensure all set of compliance measures are followed while conducting business.
Mandatory Skills :
- Candidate should be a graduate/ post-graduate in the field of marketing or finance.
- Organizational, planning, supervisory, and team building skills.
- Flexible worker with ability to work under pressure and within tight timelines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and to engage with senior staff within business units.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to go beyond regular job responsibilities and create value-add for himself and the team at the company.
- Possess good communication skills and understanding of financial markets.
- Candidate should have valid NISM: Series V - A: Mutual Fund Distributors Certification
