Job Description :

- Handle 10 sales team members and generate business from them.

- Manage day-to-day branch operations to maximize profit for branch.

- Coach, motivate and develop sales associates and staff to peak performance measured by growth in branch profitability.

- Should fulfill Team target & individual target simultaneously

- Should Coordination with CRM timely

- Should timely update team DSR

- Regularly follow up with each & every client till distribution

- Should be Present with Team members at every booking

- Should conduct daily meeting & proper visit on weekdays

- Should promote effective discipline through evaluation, anticipatory guidance and counseling

- Practice, participate and incorporate Business Development by conducting productivity and action workshops.

- Promote the company's full service offer to real estate consumers to ensure that defined core service goals are achieved.

- Support Company guidelines and policies and implement accordingly.

Desired Skills/Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate/ FMCG/ Retail Sector

- Field & Team Handling Experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Must exhibit superior leadership skills

- Strong time management skills
