Locations: Kannur, KL | Hubli, KA | Belgaum, KA | Rajahmundry, AP | Nellore, AP

Office Timing: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Education: MBA/Graduate (Preferably in Marketing/Finance)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager with 5 to 7 years of experience in Old Gold Purchase and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing branch operations, driving business growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership & Training - Guide, mentor, and train the team to enhance their skills and improve business performance.

- Branch Profitability & Targets - Ensure the branch meets revenue targets while maintaining operational efficiency.

- Market Analysis & Business Growth - Stay updated on market trends, identify new business opportunities, and implement marketing strategies.

- Customer Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring excellent service.

- Operational Compliance & Risk Management - Adhere to company policies, detect fraud risks, and ensure smooth operations.

- Gold Appraisal & Revenue Protection - Accurately assess gold, minimize melting losses, and ensure timely follow-ups.

- Branch Administration & Compliance - Maintain statutory records, manage accounts, and coordinate with authorities for compliance.

Skills & Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of gold and precious metals market in India

- Understanding of the local gold market trends

- Strong leadership and ability to motivate subordinates

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Target-driven approach to business development

- Administrative skills with attention to compliance and documentation

- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use financial software

- Negotiation skills for pricing discussions with customers
