We are looking for Branch Manager.

Job Location : Bangalore/Mumbai/Chennai
Experience : 3 + Years
Detailed Profile:
Responsibilities of Branch Manager :
- To manage the P&L of the branch by handling a direct sales team
- To monitor the branch and team activities and drive team to generate fresh leads from open market.
- Ensure daily sales activity is carried out smoothly
- Updating the business status, sales update to the MIS team
- To carry out the morning huddle with the team and groom the team with all the market cum product changes
- Discuss existing schemes /New schemes of debt and equity and daily market update with the Team
- To manage the entire process of BTL activities for lead generation; in support with the BDM team
- To manage the overall operational activities of the branch
- To hire and train the team for monthly sales productivity.
NOTE: Mutual funds Sales experience is preferred.
