3. Should have Retail Business Knowledge

5. Good Presentation Skills
6. Overall branch performance i.e. Sales, Collection, Inventory & would follow the process strictly
7. Must have handled projects, dealers and customers effectively in terms of achieving targets and other parameters.
8. Opening up tapped areas in and around the area, Introduction of new products.
9. Driving the various sales initiative taken by HO such as trade schemes, incentives etc
10. Gathering market intelligence and updating the HO regarding the same
