Branch Manager/Manager/Assistant Manager/Relationship Manager - Sales - Commercial Vehicle segment (3-5 yrs)
We are hiring Branch Manager-CV (Commercial Loan) for leading NBFC for Thane,Pune,Vasai,Panvel locations. Candidate must have 3 to 4 years experience in Commercial Vehicle segment. should have Experience of team mgmt. preferred and Good communication skill.Own vehicle must &Basic Computer knowledge must.
Responsibilities :
- Appointment of quality Team in the Branch
- Training of Credit policy, Process & touching the market to the complete ranks.
- Demonstration impact by periodically on field visit along with the ranks.
- Daily monitoring of Team DSR - Quantity & Quality.
- Communicating and generating leads and leads management for efficient conversion.
- Following up and liasioning with credit & process for maintaining efficient TAT.
- Daily reporting to BDM/PI
- To achieve the target as decided from time to time.
- Portfolio management.
