Responsibilities :
- Maintain financial responsibility for all expenses, wages, and asset management
- Identify operational deficiencies and implement plans for improvement
- Create and maintain a weekly report on operations and sales at the branch
- Hire and train all employees of the branch
- Directing a team of Senior and Relationship Managers
- Maximize the team's sales productivity and meet sales targets.
- Provide direct reports with in-field support by accompanying them on calls and offering - coaching and performance-based feedback.
- Responsible for branch capacity building
- Level provide top class sales experience when welcoming customers meet sales targets as determined by the organization
- Cross sales and up sales external life insurance products based on costumer life cycle needs and organization defined goals
- Make sure that a detailed analysis of customer's financial needs strictly abide by the policies and processes of the organization
Skills, Knowledge & Qualification :
- 6 to 8 Years- of experience in sales & insurance sales
- 2+ years experience in team handling in l.i. is mandatory
- Should be graduate from any stream
