Roles and Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design effective Coverage Plan for his team of FOS.
- Provide direction & conceptualize action plans for recruitment of advisors for his team.
- Is accountable for running Business Opportunity Presentations, & drive R&R initiatives in the branches
- Develop FOS and Advisor quality through On the Job training. (Product knowledge / selling skills etc.)
- Overall responsibility of managing his team for the given branch. Responsibility for recruitment, motivation & retention
- Review / Monitor / Analyse sales performance and competitor activities
- Span of Control : 6 - 15 FOS based on the branch size
Knowledge and skills desired :
- At least 3 years of team handling experience
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- High energy levels
- Self-driven & dynamic personality
- Ability to handle stress
- Initiative and Confident
