Position: Branch Manager
Salary Scale : Upto Rs. 9.0 lacs per annum + Incentives + Bonus + foreign trips + fast track growth
Location : Thane & Andheri (Maharashtra) or Rajkot (Gujarat)
Eligibility : Any degree with 5-10 years of Insurance Sales- Preferably Health Insurance | Minimum of 3-5 yrs of Team handling Experience | Good communication skill | Good interpersonal skill.

Job Description
1. Unified Sales and P&L head for the Branch
2. Relationship/servicing to Corporate Channels, Retail Agents and customers
3. Managing a team of 7-9 on roll employee
4. Identifying and motivating potential agents.,
5. Essential 5-9 Years experience in Insurance
6. Having Branch Manager experience in Life / Health / General Insurance from Agency Channel.
7. Desired Handled a Branch or Team from last 1- 2 years.
