Branch Manager - HE/HA Division - FMCG/Consumer Durable/Paint/Luggage Industry (8-15 yrs)
- Responsible for establishing Distributors & Direct Dealers network.
- Market mapping/Intelligence and appointing and expanding dealer network and thereby increasing the market share.
- Responsible for achieving primary and secondary objectives of the company.
- Analyze and compare sales plans with the sales forecast and implement appropriate sales activities to achieve targeted sales.
- Focusing on achievements of targets SKU wise and ensuring the Increase in Market Share both in terms of Value and Volume.
- Accompaniment with Sales personnel of distributor's to ensure proper market service.
- Monitor stock, supply level & coordinating with logistic dept.
- Responsible for the training and development of Sales staff of dealers, distributors & outlets from time to time and giving them tips to counter attack competition.
Skills Required :
Minimum qualification : MBA
- Candidates preferably from FMCG, Consumer Durable, Paint, Luggage industry
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to prioritize effectively, be flexible whenever required
- Positive attitude with a focus on continuous process improvement and an open mind to change
- High energy, strong influencing skills
- Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
