Job Description
Managing and Monitoring end to end Branch related activities (to handle the overall Smart Office Business, Operations, along with budgeted to line, bottom line and distribution build as per plan).
Responsible to recruit and license Insurance advisors, drive the team of these advisors to generate business and expand the business.
Achieve Advisor activation of 60%
Responsible and able to manage the bandwidth to handle more than one distribution channel.
Must be adept at multi-tasking (handle SMO sales and operations on an on-going basis, if the need arises)
Responsible for achieving the business targets set for the SMO.
Develop adequate market intelligence to acquire business by establishing, positioning the Chola MS brand and growing the brand.
Responsible for the smooth functioning of the SMO
Excellent inter-personal skills. Person expected to have high degree of credibility in the local market
Must be adaptability and functional IT knowledge
Incentives
Branch Manager will be eligible for an incentive of Rs.5000/- per month for first 3 months from date of inauguration.
Information in regards to detail incentive structure will be shared post face to face interview.
Reimbursements
Mobile Reimbursements
Mobile Reimbursement - Will be eligible for Rs. 500/- per month which will be paid on or before 15th of every month. As per mobile reimbursement policy.
Other Reimbursements
a) Conveyance Reimbursement - Will be eligible for Rs. 2500/- per month which will be paid on or before 15th of every month.
