Branch Manager - Direct Sales Loyalty - Insurance (5-15 yrs)
Job Description for Branch Manager (required 5 years experience in direct sales in insurance industry, preferably candidate should have handled a team of on-roll employees) :
- Handling a team of direct repotees to drive the business in loyalty channel.
- Prepare training budget for department or organization.
- Prepare operational budgets.
- Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Evaluate program effectiveness.
- Evaluate training programs, instructors, or materials.
- Evaluate employee performance.
- Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
- Conduct opinion surveys or needs assessments.
- Conduct or arrange for ongoing technical training and personal development classes for staff members.
- Conduct employee training programs.
- Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
