Branch Manager - Direct Sales - Life Insurance (6-12 yrs)
Responsible for handling 6 -10 Front line Sales personnel. Building the team of front line sales, training & hand holding new joiners. Generating business through Cross Sale & Up-sale from existing database.
- Co-coordinating with HO for leads, campaign.
- Monitoring & reviewing day to day activity of front line sales & helping them to close leads. Maintaining MIS & Daily sales report
Candidate Profile : Candidate must have sales experience in Life Insurance Business in Direct Channel in a team handling role in local market. He should be stable with good growth in the current company.
