Job Description
- Act as a coach for the relationship managers to ensure direction & Support required is delivered
- Handhold them through JFC 's till the time they get up the learning curve, Employee Motivation & Retention
- Drive Key Input Performance Indicators with an objective of driving the targeted Business numbers
- Apply ones knowledge experience to take Smart Business decisions
- Aggregate & Report Business Performance for the branch.
- Ensure regular training for the team members
- Ensure all mandatory activities related to rule & regulations of the company are always
Desired Candidate Profile
- Age between 23 - 35 yrs
- At least 4 year of Direct Sales experience in Insurance Sector
- At least 2 years of team handling experience
- Good Communication Skill
- Should be good at creating and maintaining Relationships.
- Unstoppable & Unshakeable Attitude
- High on Honesty and Integrity
- Ready to Stretch and Achieve.
