Branch Manager - Corporate Sales - Travel Domain (3-6 yrs)

We are hiring for the role of Branch Manager (Corporate Sales) for Travel Domain in Mumbai. We are looking for the person who is holding an exp in corporate sales. Candidate should be at least graduate and IATA certified. IATA certification is mandatory.
Job Purpose :
The primary function of the role is to do sales and market the Travel/Tour Business in the designated Market and support Branches/sales team to bring business from Corporates, agents & customers in all Channels to achieve the targets. Support team will be reporting to Sales Head.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage the Clients from a profitability perspective consistently
- Achieve targeted amount monthly
- Do the market research in the respective region and suggest the management to deliver the products based on demand.
- Maintain Quality in the services deliver to keep the Customers
- Represent the division as and when required with in the travel community like tourism boards, airline, hotel and ground handling vendors etc.
- Work closely with the entire sales team to achieve the targets
- Work closely with the product team for making local tie ups.
- Add new customers, agents and Corporates
- Bring business through the existing customers, agents and Corporates
- Handle Customer Complaints & concerns to keep the clients
- Develops smooth and constructive relationships with colleagues to bring in positive working culture.
Required Skills :
Experience required : 3-5 years in core Travel domain with exposure in working with a reputed Travel agent in sales and admin
Education : IATA qualified and a graduate and knowledge in CRS/GDS
- Should have worked for: Akbar Travels, Riya travels, Al Hind travels, Kesari Tours (in travel div), thomas cook, cox and kings (travel div) or similar entities.
