Position: Chief Branch Manager
Salary: 6.00 LPA to 8.50 LPA (Fixed) + Incentives
Job Location: Preet Vihar, Janak Puri & Kailash Enclave
The purpose of the job is to Branch profitability by constantly endeavoring to bring up productivity and also ensuring reduction in costs in areas deemed desirable by the management. To monitor the performance and learning development of Sr. RM's. The detailed job profile is appended below:
- Ensuring the productivity of Select and Sr. Relationship Managers as per the expectation of the company by planning activities for sales, identification of training needs and measurement of product penetrations, customer awareness and satisfaction.
- Handling HNI (High-net worth Individuals) clients by themselves for closure of sales on all products without subsequent delegation.
- Ensuring adherence to Sales Processes.
- To acquire and strengthen branch AUM.
- To advise clients regarding their investments according to their risk appetite.
- To make strong relationship with the clients for selling multi-products like Equity, FD, Mutual Fund, Wealth, Home Loan etc.
- To Guide team members in maintaining portfolio of the customers.
- To Trained, Guide, Motivate Subordinates and Get Business from them.
- Involved in monitoring client portfolio & advising them about the products and investment strategies.
- Minimum 5-9 years experience in BFSI, NBFC, AMC, Insurance
- The Position would be reporting to Cluster Head
- Maximum Age bracket should not be more than 38 years
