Branch Manager - CASA Sales - Bank (6-8 yrs)
Role - Branch Sales Manager- CASA
Experience - Minimum 6 to 8 yrs. of experience in banking handling casa is must.
Location - Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad.
Job Description :
- Responsible for Sales of Bank's products & Manage Relationships for a Portfolio of customers (both Existing and NTB - New to Bank)
- Customer service - address walk in customers issues.
- Cross Sell - Investment products like Mutual Fund, Insurance & Current account & Saving account
- Manage Operations like A/c opening, Fixed Deposit, Lockers, Forex etc.
- Deepening of existing Current account & saving account relationships and ensure retention of customers.
- Generate referrals from internal database.
- Generate and Review Reports.
- Handle filing monitor cash levels, fraud control, etc.
- Cost Management and staff productivity.
- Branch administration & ATM (onsite) management
- Branch Operations and Audit Compliance.
