Branch Manager - Broking Firm (5-15 yrs)
We have opening for Branch Manager for Broking Firm
Min. 5 Years of experience in Team Handling
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for revenue generation in terms of brokerage for the branch, to achieve the branch income and manage profitability of the branch.
- Responsible to manage team of dealers / equity advisors & generate brokerage primarily through advising clients on their equity portfolio for long term investments as well as positional trading ideas in stocks for short/ medium term
- To set up and achieve on Equity and Broking trading.
- To take initiatives for building brand in the locality.
- To achieve expansion of client base.
- To achieve brokerage productivity per client HNI and Retail.
- To achieve client Profitability.
- To ensure communication of HO strategy to all at Branch.
- To ensure adherence to all compliance as laid down by Risk and Compliance.
- To ensure harmonious relationships with employees.
- To take initiatives to build employee capability.
- To ensure retention of employees.
- To recruit employees and induct them into way of working.
- Any other Special initiatives taken.
