- Deposit pool from customers,standards and delivery of service
- Sale of non-deposit products.
- Cross selling targets progressively
- Sale of MF and insurance products.
- Fee income & Branch administration.
- Regulatory compliance.
- Manage productivity, morale
Salary: INR 8,00,000 - 13,00,000 P.A. Candidates ready to move from BM 2 BM will have 1st preference & ready to relocate from locations.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- MBA/CA with 4-10 years banking experience in a large branch or preferable Premier/Tier 2 Institutes.
- 4-6 years in Medium branch.
- Should have high sales orientation leadership skills (though more tactical than strategic)

Education : UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization, PG:Any Postgraduate.
