Branch Manager - BFS (5-8 yrs)
Branch Manager- ( CBRL Branches) - Punjab Cluster
Job Role-
- Overall in charge of the branch
- Establishing standards and delivery of service
- Enhancement of deposit pool from customers
- Meeting business goals in current accounts and savings accounts opening, TPP income etc
- Sale of non-deposit products. Cross selling targets progressively
- Sale of Mutual Funds and insurance products
- Follow Process for all day to day operations in the branch
- Branch administration
- Regulatory compliance
- Manage productivity, morale of branch personnel.
- The openings are at Jalalabad / Mandi Dabwali / Mansa Branch of Punjab Cluster
Candidate qualification & experience-
- Graduate with 5-8 years of relevant experience. Should have worked as a Branch Manager for a minimum of 2 years
- Should be sales oriented
- Leadership skills. (Though more tactical than strategic)
- Revenue generation
- Customer acquisition
- Customer retention
- Cost efficiency through process
- An immense interest in developing relationship with the customers
- Must have had sales experience, liabilities products preferable
