Branch Manager - Banking (2-7 yrs)

Main Role (Overall Accountability) :
- Responsible for leading the business and customer services objectives of the Branch with a view to achieving/exceeding the budgetary targets and complying with the customer services norms and service level agreements.
Personnel Specification :
- Bachelor in Banking/Accounting/Business
- Sales orientation
- Over 7 years experience with at least 2 years as an Operations Officer.
- Good knowledge of Bank Muscat products and services, operational policies and procedures
- Good oral and written communication skills so as to communicate credibly and effectively with all levels of customers
- Good interpersonal skills, tact, maturity and flexible approach
- Knowledge of Banking systems and PC operations.
