Job Responsibilities:

As a Branch Head responsible for handling key accounts, focus on new business.

(1) Generate profits from Fee Based products.

(2) Recruitment and Training.

(3) Developing new franchise.

(5) Retention and staff motivation.

(6) Key Customer Relationship Management & supervision of all High Net Worth customer programs.

(7) Sound knowledge of private banking & wealth management systems along with knowledge of core banking system.

Review Branch Operations reports.

(1) Branch Merchandising & co-ordination with Marketing at product level.

(2) Maintenance of statutory timings, discipline, cleanliness of the center (as per the guidelines) and compliance on 5S for better realization.

(3) Building up brand and Corporate Relations by contributing to the profitability of the Center through active participation in business development efforts.

(4) Market feedback viz. new product, pricing, and competitor's activity etc. to the Cluster Manager.

(5) Ensure the security, policies and audit procedures are followed as outlined by policy.

(6) Manage operations and customer service activities of a Center, in delivering financial services products to current and potential consumer and business customers, while meeting established plans and ensuring regulatory compliance.
