- Recruitment of insurance Sales Managers, monitor and evaluate their productivity to ensure achievement of Branch Targets.
- Planning, organizing & implementing sales plan and strategies & conducting product presentations to continuously secure business.
- Maintaining cordial relations with customers to sustain the profitability of business.
- Anticipate problems and opportunities and make timely and appropriate decisions as per Branch Requirements and overall Branch profitability.
- Supervise, motivate, and train Sales Team to increase their efficiency and productivity.
