We are looking for Area Manager with having minimum these skills sets 

 Job description : 

Role :

- Upholding and facilitating an increase in sales of your company's products at the allotted area through agent partners

- Achieving the targets and goals set for your area

- Establishing, maintaining and expanding IRDAI agent base at the allotted area

- Anticipating and fulfilling the needs of agent partners, while working to increase business opportunities through various routes

- Maintaining an updated record of products and competitors

- Creating and assisting in the achievement of sales targets for Branch Managers Assistant Territory Manager (team handling ) and your team as a whole.

- Recruiting and conducting training for sales staff

- Identifying and allocating appropriate areas to sales representatives

- Monitoring your team's performance and creating a motivated environment to encourage them to reach targets

- Independently dealing with major multi-location agents accounts and maintaining strong relations

- Conducting routine training for the team and agents regarding the products with the assistance of the training team.

MEASURE OF SUCCESS :

- Quantitative and qualitative analysis of sales figures

- Performance of the team in regards to the work environment you have created and managed

- Your contribution towards ameliorating the productivity of the area sales

- Identify and groom future leaders in the team if above profile is macthed with your current skills & experience.
