Branch Manager - Agency Sales - Insurance (2-12 yrs)
Hiring for Sales professionals for across the levels for one of the leading Life Insurance company.
Position - ASM/SM/Sr. Sales Manager/Branch Manager - Agency Sales
Location - Mumbai / Delhi / NCR / Kolkata / Amritsar
Roles and Responsibilities - (ASM/Sales Manager/Sr. SM)
- Execution of sales strategy - Increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation. Seek new customers and increase sales
- Responsible for recruitment and management of Agents/IMs - Identify, recruit and manage Agents/IMs from the respective region
- Train and motivate Agents/IMs to provide a better understanding of market/products
- Monitor and review Agents/IMs performance. Help them achieve maximum business
- Meet customer on a regular basis for achieving standards
Roles and Responsibilities - BRANCH MANAGER
- Conceptualize and design effective Coverage Plan for his team of FOS.
- Provide direction & conceptualize action plans for recruitment of advisors for his team.
- Is accountable for running Business Opportunity Presentations, & drive R&R initiatives in the unit.
- Develop FOS and Advisor quality through On the Job training. (Product knowledge / selling skills etc.)
- Overall responsibility of managing his team for the given unit. Responsibility for recruitment, motivation & retention
- Review / Monitor / Analyse sales performance and competitor activities
- Span of Control : 6-8 FOS based on the unit size and performance
