Job Description :
1. Handling on roll team members ( 8 to 12 Sales Managers) in Agency Channel.
2. Reporting to Regional Sales Manager / Zonal Sales Manager.
3. Taking care of Branch monthly business.
4. This is 1st Line Manager position in Agency Channel.
Desired Candidate Profile :
1. Candidate currently working in any life insurance company, Broking firm as Branch manager, Team Leader, Territory Manager, Area Manager .
