Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance Ltd, a leading Insurance services company under the umbrella of the renowned Aditya Birla Capital Group is looking to hire an ambitious, smart, energetic and dedicated candidate as "BRANCH MANAGER - AGENCY" for their below office locations in MUMBAI.

LOCATIONS :

Western line : Kandivali (East), Andheri East (Viacom), Andheri West (COFO), Vile parle (3rd Unit), Vasai (West), Boisar, Kalba Devi, Marine Lines, Dadar (West), Malad (West)

Central line : Powai (Kanjurmarg), Thane, Mulund (West), Bhiwandi, Ghodbunder Road (Kasarvadvali)

Harbour line : Chembur, Belapur, Vashi

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Agent Recruitment & Development

- Develop various sources of agent hiring and build a team of Agents

- Meeting Business goals

- Selling Birla Sunlife Insurance products

- Work closely with Agents on planning and reviewing of activities and goals

- Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans

- Field demonstration (FODs)

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Graduation is compulsory and experience is a MUST in BFSI or NBFC Industry

- BFSI and NBFC Sales Managers leading a team, preferably in Life Insurance

- Age Limit: Minimum 35 years/Team Management Role is a MUST criteria.

- Candidate must have good English Communication skills- Written, Spoken and Presentation skills + Independent, Dedicated and Hard-working

- Candidate must be a local from Mumbai

NOTE: No frequent job changes or non-performers in current company - Such profiles will not be considered

Compensation and Benefits :

- CTC: Depending on current CTC and experience + Incentives + International trip on qualification only
