Branch in Charge with a Reputed Travels and Tours Organization

Position : Branch in Charge

Location - Bangalore, Kolkata and Santacruz (Mumbai)

Role specific skill sets:

Branch in Charge

Sales + Operations profile

The person will be in charge of a branch as also would be handling a team of 2 - 3 people.

Targets are high. It would be around 6 - 7 crores annually (this is his own target + his team targets also would be around 6 - 7 crores per person)

International destination knowledge is required

The person will take care of sales of international packages

- Assisting customers with vouchers of International tour packages.

- Handling team - The person will be in charge of a branch as also would be handling a team of 2 - 3 people.

- Handling post sales of Travel packages

- Clearing outstanding of bookings.

- Reconfirmation of bookings.

- Preparing report of reconfirmation at the end of the month.

- Handling customer calls and calling customer from worldwide - International

- Reconfirmation of tours for passengers.

- Calling customer for Cancellation of tour, amendments in Tours & tour confirmation.

- Sending E-mails about itinerary, Tour confirmation, Invoice, Service confirmation, etc to Customer.

- Process request and complaints of the customer.

- Provide customers with Tour and service information.

- Handle and resolve customer complaints.

- International destination knowledge is required

- The person will take care of sales of international packages
