Branch Head - school sales (9-10 yrs)

Job Description: Branch Head

This is the senior most role in a Camp and the entire team of around 20-24 people work under guidance of the branch head. Branch head has the responsibility of achieving the branch revenue budget an ensuring smooth operations in the branch. The role of the BH is a mix of both indoors and outdoors where they administer staff and interact with customers. BH is in-charge of the overall operations of the campsite including the program that are conducted at the clients site or in any of the third party residential campsite. The role involves hiring, training, managing and supervising the sales team and the program delivery team to achieve the revenue budget and best client review.

Salary : 10-12LPA (depend upon skills and interview )

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Achieve the branch revenue target by maximizing footfall at the campsite and cross selling other Programs

- Create and execute monthly Local Area Marketing Plan to generate sales.

- Driving sales to schools, corporates and families.

- Develop agents and referral network in the catchment area (e.g. Event organizer, toy shops, discount coupons for friends & college students)

- Identify alliances and cross selling opportunities (e.g. Retailers, Gyms, special interest groups, clubs, housing society, small corporate, sports academies, tuition centers & hobby classes)

- Inviting Influencers, online bloggers etc. for FAM tours

- Meet camp visitor and build relationship to generate cross selling, upselling and referral opportunities.

- Increase guest reviews and satisfaction by ensuring smooth functioning and upkeep of the camp.

- Develop and groom team by doing daily and weekly meetings, reviews, and trainings.

Skill, Experience & Qualification

- Should have 10+ years of experience in managing a Camp, Resort, Amusement park, Gaming Arcade.

- Graduation/ Post Graduation in Tourism, Hospitality, or business administration.

- Experience of handling both sales and operations team.

- Has managed P&L of a branch or department.

- Should have excellent command over English & Hindi/local language

- Proficiency in using MS word, Excel and Power-point etc.

- Passion of travelling across India
