Branch Head - Sales - FMCG (3-6 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Candidates having working experience with FMCG /FMCD/Paints Industry handling a entire branch independently and team of 20 + members will report to the Branch Managers which includes -Frontline Sales, Marketing, finance, Service, Retail, B2B Sales team
- Good experience of handling dealer distribution network.

- Focus on High End Models : Special focus on high end models through premium contribution & availability through unique penetration strategies- Clearance of Dealer Statement of Accounts : Check, approve & timely clearance of all Dealer Statement of Accounts on monthly basis & timely compliance
- Product Benchmarking : Tracking and benchmarking of product development in sync with Competition, Factory & R&D
- Sales Activation Plan : Promotional activities including dealer meets, brand positioning & other BTL activities. Tracking Sales / Market Share Performance & formulation of promotional plans/schemes for the branch Sales Team Journey Cycle Plan.
