Branch Head - Sales - EdTech (8-12 yrs)
We're Hiring: Business Manager
Locations: Surat Adajan, Jamnagar, Silvassa
Experience: 8+ years in EdTech with multi-branch management
Compensation: 10 LPA - 14 LPA
Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to Sales & Operational process and Compliance.
- Business ownership - Target/Achievement of revenue and non-revenue targets.
- Initiate and innovate marketing strategies to increase sales and reduce costs.
- Lead, motivate, acknowledge, and inspire the team to perform beyond expectations.
- Be informed on relevant markets and coinciding target audiences
- When required traveling to prospective schools across the Region for meeting stake holders and decision makers for the closing of the sales deals/tie ups.
- Ownership of all Schools & Channel Partner relationships in the assigned region
- Responsible for fulfilling manpower requirement in your territory
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in EdTech, with a focus on managing multiple branches
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Strong business acumen and growth-focused mindset
