Branch Head - Sales - Agency Channel - General Insurance (7-9 yrs)
Position : Branch Manager - Agency (GI)
CTC : Up to 8 LPA
Experience : Need more than 7 years of experience in Agency channel insurance sales.
Education : Graduation
Location : Surat
Primary Responsibilities :
- Business Planning and Execution.
- Conducting weekly meetings with teams for cascading business plan & provide them with inputs to achieve agreed topline and focus on preferred LOBs.
- Plan & deliver training to enhance technical capabilities of team to ensure they are equipped to drive business with intermediaries.
- Drive campaigns/ trainings/ league programs for intermediaries to develop their knowledge and enhance their sales capabilities.
- Conduct joint field calls with intermediaries to support them in closing business.
- Assessing and exploring reasons for low performance of potential intermediaries and provide enablers for an improved delivery.
Desired Skills :
- Should be able to take responsibility of monthly numbers and deliver the same.
- Understand and align with the company's policies.
- Maintain highest level of business hygiene.
- Maintain good relationship with clients as well as insurance companies.
