Branch Head - Recruitment - Executive Search Firm (15-30 yrs)
KRAs:
- Manage the P&L for all deliverable and services offered from the Branch
- Lead and grow your team
- Achieve revenue targets of self and the team
- Strategise, plan and implement activities for client acquisition to accelerate business growth.
- End-to-end account management across verticals
Skills essential for the job:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated track record of achieving targets
- Excellent project and people management skills
Other Qualifications and Requirements:
- Graduate degree in any field. Master's degree bonus
- Minimum 15 years of experience
- At least 2-3 years of experience in leading a team directly dealing with key clients
