Job Description :
- Develop sales plans & strategies that deliver sales performance targets, support sales growth & distribution capacity in sink with Zonal Business Strategy.
- Work with ABM & BM effectively.
- Reporting to Senior RM.
Salary: INR 12,00,000 - 17,00,000 P.A. Reimbursements & Perks in addition.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- 6-8 Years Exp in Life Insurance Industry in Agency Channel.
- Should have handled a Team of Unit Managers.
- With Good Comm & Presentation Skills.
- Presently working as Senior Branch Manager or BM may apply.
- Fluency in English Must.
Education :
UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
