- Must have team leading experience for 2 years at basic .
- Should belong to Life insurance or the major experience of the career must be of Life Insurance
- Stability on an avg. of 3 years.
- Insurance experience minimum of 5 years .
- Age not more than 48 .
- Must be local to the location
