Job Location: Lucknow and Kanpur ( New Branches being developed)
Position:Branch Development / Relationship Manager (ADO /Agency Channel)
Salary: Up to Rs 4,50,000 per year + Incentives
Age Up to 36 Years
What Branch Development Manager has to DO
- To continuously recruit and build scalable quality of ADOs (Part Time Employees)
- To assist and mentor the ADOs to build up a healthy agency
- To enable the ADOs to maximize their earnings through maximizing their agents earning.
- Ensuring high level engagement of ADOs & Agents and their activisation.
- Develop team members through regular and periodic review,
- Monitoring and mentoring and motivating . Enable and track performance
- Facilitate & provide regular training
- Ensure that the defined sales process of the company is adhered to by the team
-Drive the incentive schemes to ensure that the income of the ADOs and Agent Advisors exceed benchmark
- Drive the RR schemes floated by HO from time to time -Support team members (ADOs & Agents) in liaison with the HO for addressing their requirements/ concerns.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Graduate with minimum 6 years experience ( Preferably health insurance experience)
- Good Communication skills.
- Team Handling experience
