Branch Development Executive - Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
- Should be able to generate leads and take the entire sales cycle to closure with limited or no intervention from Manager
- Ensuring prompt customer service & implementing various customer related initiatives in assigned region.
- Ensuring that the 'IRDA (Insurance Brokers) Regulations, that are in force are adhered to in their respective area.
- Visit potential customers for new business
- Grow existing accounts and develop new accounts to meet sales and profitability goals establish by the Direct-Sales Management
- Keep database current and accurate with target customer, current customer, and future customer
- Ensuring that business targets are met month on month.
- Increase branch footfall and presence along with demonstrating excellent customer service and setting an example for other staff.
- Support in initiating branch engagement and marketing activities and growth campaigns.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Candidate Background And Expectations :
1. Direct sales/Agency sales background.
2. BDE should have marketing knowledge and have plans to execute the same.
3. Should have good customer Interaction and Customer Service skill.
4. Minimum 2 Years of insurance sales experience.
