Branch Customer Sales & Service Manager - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
We are Looking For a Branch Customer sales and Service Manager.
Roles & Responsibility :
- Pay out all outstanding contracts and sales pertaining to the supply of products or services.
- Update the customer's database information as needed.
- Describe the features of the goods and services to the customers.
- Provide both pre- and post-purchase support.
- Inform customers with goods and services that might be of interest to them in a proactive manner.
- Urge them to look around and think about recommending other items you believe they'll find helpful.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Every Graduate
- A minimum of one year's experience in the local sales field
- 21-38 Years Old
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Customer-oriented.
- 2 years of work experience is required, in addition to 1 year of insurance sales experience.
- Strong Communications Skills.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and solve problems.
