Branch Customer Sales & Service Manager - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Our company is seeking for Branch customer sales and service manager who is trusted financial institution dedicated to providing top-notch banking services to our clients!
Duties :
1. Develop and implement branch sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the customer base.
2. Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to the Branch Manager.
3. Lead and participate in sales initiatives, campaigns, and promotional activities to drive product uptake.
4. Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service at all times, addressing customer needs, inquiries, and complaints promptly and effectively.
5. Implement customer service standards and best practices, continuously seeking ways to improve the customer experience.
6. Recruit, train, and manage a team of customer sales and service representatives.
7. Set performance goals, provide coaching and feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
Candidate requirements :
1. Any local candidate.
2. Any graduate.
3. Experience : field sales and marketing of insurance/BFSI
4. Age : 21 -38 years
