Job role: On a roll
- Manager - Bancassurance will be responsible for handling an on-roll team of 6 -10 sales managers in the Bancassurance Channel.
- Has to handle the Branch of a Bank.
- Monitor the day-to-day activity, planning & execution of banca team.
- Building good relationships with Bank's Cluster Head, Branch Manager & allied staff to achieve Cluster sales targets.
Candidate Profile :
- Graduation Must
- Must have 1 year of experience in Banking, Finance, and Insurance Sales
- Good Communication skills
- Must have relevant documents like Aadhar, pan, Qualification degree and past employment certificate
