Branch Banking Manager - Sales (1-6 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop a plan and start implementing measures to enhance the bancassurance channel.
- Establish and maintain strong bonds with bank partners.
- Collaborate with banks to identify opportunities for sales and offer specialised insurance solutions.
- Teach and counsel bank staff members on sales strategies and product knowledge.
- Report and assess sales performance on a regular basis, providing insights and reports.
- Resolve any issues or worries brought up by clients or bank partners.
- ensure compliance with business policies and procedures as well as legal requirements.
Candidate Requirement :
- A minimum of one year's experience in any sales or marketing-related field
- Requirements : A graduation is necessary.
- CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA + Bonus + Additional Perquisites
- Age range : 21 to 38.
