Branch Banking Manager - Life Insurance (1-6 yrs)
The jobholder will work closely with the Bancassurance Principal Officer to grow the revenue of the Bank through Bancassurance commission income from selling General insurance products of partner insurance companies to bank customers.
Roles and responsibilities :
- To handle complaints of customers & ensure timely & proper resolution.
- Maintain Quality of sales by ensuring the persistence standards of the channel.
- Strong relationship-building capability.
- Tracking and recognize the sales performance metrics.
- Understanding the current market potentials.
- Resolving customers complaints and issues if any before making the sale.
- Building a positive relationship with the customers.
- Making sure to provide excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to offer excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to manage time efficiently.
- Ability to build a professional network.
- Active listening skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize them.
Candidate Requirement :
- Minimum 1 years experience in BFSI and 6 month life insurance.
- Education : Any Graduate.
- Knowledge of insurance products and services.
- AGE : 21 to 38 Years.
- CTC Upto 3.80lpa
