Job Title / Designation:- Business Development Lead (Field Sales)/ IT Sales Lead

Job Description:

- Initiation of Prospect Meeting with mid to large college, universities & test prep institutes for their region

- Identify and prospect opportunities for increased business growth

- Responsible for revenue generation through selling our assessment solutions

- Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect communication and convert them into qualified leads

- Engage and build strong relationships with clients and convert them to signed contracts

Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate:

- Ability to sell technical product

- Ability to have a peer-to-peer meeting with company proprietors or educators

- Excellent communication skills : - verbal and written

- Should be good in Listening, Probing and Selling skills

- Able to work independently to achieve sales targets

- Passion for marketing is a must.
