- We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive with 1-3 years experience in generating business from Upwork and other freelancing websites. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing relationships, and closing deals that drive revenue and growth.
Responsibilities :
- Identify potential clients on Upwork and other freelancing websites
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Create and manage proposals and contracts that meet clients' needs
- Negotiate deals with clients to ensure win-win outcomes for both parties
- Coordinate with project management and delivery teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date with changes in the freelancing industry
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and growth from Upwork and other freelancing websites
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in generating business from Upwork and other freelancing websites
