Job Summary:
The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of real estate sales to achieve sales targets, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional client's service. This role involves overseeing daily operations, developing strategies for team success, and ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive market growth and increase revenue.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, set objectives, and provide guidance.
- Monitor team performance through key metrics and provide feedback to enhance productivity.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
- Foster a positive and productive team environment that encourages collaboration and professional development.
- Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies to capitalize on opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, property developers, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales manager or Team Leader in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of real estate markets, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, Team handling and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
