Job Title: Sales Team Leader
Job Summary:
The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of real estate sales to achieve sales targets, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional client's service.
- This role involves overseeing daily operations, developing strategies for team success, and ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive market growth and increase revenue.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, set objectives, and provide guidance.
- Monitor team performance through key metrics and provide feedback to enhance productivity.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
- Foster a positive and productive team environment that encourages collaboration and professional development.
- Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies to capitalize on opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, property developers, and other stakeholders.
- Resolve client issues and concerns promptly and effectively to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales manager or Team Leader in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of real estate markets, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, Team handling and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
