Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client inquiries, and closing sales over the phone. Ensure every inquiry that comes into the system is attended to immediately. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a strong passion for real estate. Educate customers on who BR is and what we do.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead Prospecting and Outreach :

- Identify, contact, and qualify potential clients through outbound calls, inbound calls, data calls, emails, and other digital communication methods.

- Follow up on inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns and website inquiries.

2. Client Engagement :

- Establish and nurture relationships with potential and current clients to understand their property needs and preferences.

- Conduct initial consultations to gather client requirements and present appropriate property options.

3. Sales Strategy Execution :

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive lead conversion and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaigns for generating quality leads.

4. Pipeline Management :

- Maintain an organized and updated database of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software.

- Track and report sales metrics and follow up with clients to ensure a seamless sales process.

5. Virtual Presentations :

- Conduct virtual property tours and present listings using digital tools to showcase properties effectively.

- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to clients' needs.

6. Negotiation and Closing :

- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements, ensuring clients' satisfaction and adherence to company policies.

- Handle objections and queries from clients professionally and persuasively.

7. Market Expertise :

- Stay informed about the local real estate market trends, property values, and new developments to provide insightful advice to clients.

- Share feedback and market intelligence with the team to support business development efforts.

8. Customer Support :

- Assist clients with the buying or leasing process by providing necessary documentation and ensuring a smooth transaction.

- Offer post-sales support to maintain client satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.

9. Team Collaboration :

- Work closely with the field sales team to coordinate property viewings and handovers.

- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the customer experience and streamline operations.

10. Continuous Improvement :

- Actively seek feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement.

- Participate in training sessions and professional development programs to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.

Requirements :

- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an inside sales or telemarketing role, preferably in real estate or a related field.

- Education: Any Graduate

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Customer-focused: Strong ability to build rapport and provide top-tier customer service.

- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital communication tools.

- Driven: Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and contribute to a positive team environment.
